Think Outside The Cube
When it comes to buying a new Nissan Titan or even a used Nissan Sentra, I’ll take the Cube. The Nissan Cube, after being sold over seas, ultimately reaches America and has the younger crowd peering its way with a box body and some real unique features throughout the vehicle. For the past three generations Nissan has made huge alterations on the Cube, out doing the xB and the Soul.
The Scion xB on the other hand is equipped with a notable bigger power plant being the 2.4 Liter 4 cylinder that achieves 158 hp. with a manual transmission, and exactly like the Nissan Cube is also a front wheel drive Japanese produced sport utility. Reviewers have a tendency to note the similarities in the 2010 Nissan Cube and the Scion xB or Kia Soul, but the certainty is that nothing really compares to the funky, great rounded-box looks of the new Nissan Cube. For Nissan, 2010 marks two years that the Nissan Cube has been available in the USA, even though first three generations were selling in Japan since the early 80s. Most apparent feature inside of the amazing Cube is a wave effect that dominates the headliner, visors and is repeated in the bottoms of the cup holders. This element can seem a bit overbearing, but consumers have all reacted positively after taking a look at the great looks of the hotel lounge theme.
The Nissan Cube comes fully equipped with a nice selection of standard safety features, including anti-lock brakes with brake assist and traction-control and anti-skid systems. Typical seat mounted side and front airbags, and full-length head-protecting curtain airbags keeping all passengers safe. Talks have been made about Nissan coming out with an All Wheel Drive, electric propelled rear wheels to help the front wheels for better traction in the snow, that’s great for new owners. Nissan has also discussed a fully electric car based on the Cube, though it won’t be on hand for retail sale until 2012 in the USA.
